Amazing service!!! Delivery and pick up was smooth and problem free. Dumpster was clean when it was dropped off. Super friendly and kind people to work with. They met all of my needs and when I finished my project early they had no problems picking it up 3 days early for me!

They were absolutely the nicest, most helpful company! I needed a bin same day and they were on it! They were responsive to my needs and explained everything clearly and completely. They brought the bin and were very careful and neat. I will recommend them to everyone I know that will need their business in the Central KY area! Great job guys and gals!!

E are from out of town but needed a dumpster for a house we were coming down in Labor Day weekend to clean out. I rented and paid for a dumpster from a Large Global Company. They assured me it would be there. It was not there. I called Carly at Bin There Dump That at 9:30 am Saturday morning and they had two dumpsters dropped off for us by noon that same day. She and both drivers were amazing and courteous communicators. Fantastic customer service and attention to every detail.

We called on Thursday and they had our dumpster here Friday morning. Didn’t know if I could get done by pickup on Monday but no worries because they called Sunday (Yes Sunday) to see if I needed longer. The driver Adam can put that thing anywhere and before dropping it on my driveway he put running boards down. The dumpsters are clean and their service is Top Notch. If you ever need a dumpster I highly recommend this company!!!! 5 star rating for sure!

Nothing but 5 Stars!! Filled out the Request a Free Quote on the website and they called back within the hour. Scheduled the days I needed a bin and Jesse called when he was 10~15 minutes out to drop it off. Same thing when Jesse returned to pick the bin back up, he called 10~15 minutes out. The office even called to confirm everything was going okay and that the pick-up went well. Overall service was great and will definitely use Bin There Dump That's service again if I need a bin.

Max Shaughnessy helped in a big way to clear logs and debris from the creek behind our yard. Recent floods had caused a dam of debris to block the flow of water. I was afraid that our community could have been flooded with a heavy rain. After contacting several people with the county to no avail, I told Max about the situation. Without hesitation he went into action. The very day I relayed the danger he came with his equipment and worked tirelessly for a good while clearing the logs and debris. Many in our community could have been flooded but he selflessly did what no one wanted to do. He didn’t charge me, even though I felt I should give him something to pay for fuel and wear on his equipment. He reluctantly accepted the gift, but quickly explained I didn’t need to give him anything. This type of community action is invaluable to keep our streams flowing freely. A huge thank you to Max for his kind endeavors on behalf of our Pineur community.

I am preparing a house in Frankfort to sell. I've rented this service a couple times now. They always come when they say they will. You can rent a dumpster in such short notice and expect fast and easy delivery. They call you from the office and check in with you to make sure that you are satisfied. And then call you before they pick it up to make sure that you are ready. Overall a great experience!

I cannot rave about this company enough! First of all, the customer service is exceptional. The ladies I spoke with on the phone were incredibly helpful in walking me through the entire process and answering any questions I had. The driver, Adam, was also extremely professional and polite. I am so impressed with all the services provided as well. I love that they put boards down on the driveway so the dumpster is less likely to damage my driveway, and the French doors on the back were a big help in letting me walk stuff in and maximizing my space in the dumpster. Overall, I can't speak highly enough about Bin There Dump That, and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation!

I own a home in Kentucky and needed to clean it out. I called Bin There Dump That and spoke to Carly who was so helpful because I really had no idea what I needed. She walked me through the whole process and was so patient with me. The dumpster was delivered when she said it would be. The two delivery guys were very professional and even helped me put the one thing I could not lift in the bin. They picked it up on time and cleaned the driveway. This is the first company that I have dealt with in Kentucky that actually did everything they said they would do. The price of the service was very reasonable. I am very thankful for all the help Carly gave me.
